Retreats + Workshops

I offer immersive retreats and experiential workshops designed to support healing, resilience and personal growth. These short-term, focused programs combine trauma-aware breathwork, somatic practices, group processing, and guided EMDR-informed exercises in a safe, compassionate environment. Retreats provide a restorative space to pause, reconnect with your body, practice new regulation skills, and integrate shifts more deeply than is often possible in single sessions. Workshops focus on practical tools—breath regulation, grounding, nervous system education and paced bilateral stimulation—to build skills you can use in daily life.

What to expect

  • Small groups to foster safety, connection and personalised attention.

  • Trauma-informed facilitation with attention to pacing, consent and choice.

  • A mixture of psychoeducation, experiential practice, reflective processing and take-home resources.

  • Options for in-person retreats nationwide

  • Clear pre-retreat guidance and aftercare suggestions to support integration.

All parts are welcome

In trauma-informed therapy and healing communities, the phrase “all parts are welcome” means acknowledging and making space for every aspect of a person’s inner experience — the confident, the frightened, the angry, the ashamed, the curious, the detached, and the parts that feel stuck or overwhelmed. It is a stance of non-judgement, curiosity and compassion toward internal struggles and responses that have developed to protect the person through difficult experiences.

There are opportunities to take part — or not

Choice, consent and pacing are fundamental. People are supported to participate at a level that feels safe and manageable.

Multiple ways to engage: You can listen, observe, share a little, or take an active role. Facilitators offer options (silent reflection, writing, small-group share, breathwork, EMDR resourcing) so you can choose what suits you in the moment.

*Retreats and workshops are educational and experiential programs and are not a substitute for ongoing individual therapy. While trauma-informed techniques and EMDR-informed practices may be used within these formats, they are not equivalent to a course of individual trauma therapy or a formal therapy treatment plan. If you are currently in therapy, have complex trauma, active suicidal ideation, recent self-harm, or significant mental health concerns, please consult with your treating clinician before booking. Facilitators will provide appropriate support and referrals if more intensive clinical care is needed. Participation is voluntary, and informed consent is required.
