Resources and Support

You do not have to work out the next step alone. The services below offer information, counselling, crisis support and practical assistance across Australia.

You are welcome to choose what feels useful and leave what does not. If speaking over the phone feels difficult, several services also offer text, webchat or online support.

If You Need Immediate Support

The Embodiment Practice is not a crisis service, and messages may not be monitored outside appointment hours.

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call Triple Zero (000) or attend the nearest hospital emergency department.
